We handle the setup and breakdown so you can focus on soaking up the sun and enjoying your time at Lovers Key. ✅ What’s Included: (2) Standard Beach Chairs (1) Standard Umbrella Beach setup and breakdown included ⏱ Experience Details: Up to 5 hours of use per visit Easy, convenient setup in a prime beach area (based on availability) 🌴 Why Guests Love It: Budget-friendly beach comfort No heavy lifting or hauling gear Perfect for a quick, relaxing beach day Great option for families, couples, or solo beachgoers 🎒 What to Bring for Your Beach Day To stay comfortable and fully enjoy your time at the beach, we recommend bringing your own refreshments and essentials. ☀️ Essentials: Plenty of water to stay hydrated A cooler with drinks and ice Packed lunch for the day Light snacks (fruit, chips, protein bars, etc.) Electrolytes or sports drinks for hot days 🌴 Nice to Have: Sunscreen & sunglasses Towels Hat or sun protection gear Extra drinks like juices or popsicles for a refreshing break Southwest Florida sun can be intense, so staying hydrated and prepared ensures you have the best possible beach experience.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Weather Policy Reservation Policy A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your equipment, tour, rental, or reservation date. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of services unless otherwise approved by management. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation may be eligible for a credit or reschedule at management discretion. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation are non-refundable, including deposits. No-shows are non-refundable. Weather Policy Guest safety is our priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, lightning, high winds, dangerous surf, or other conditions determined unsafe by management, reservations will be rescheduled to another available date. Matt’s Beach Shack and management reserve the right to determine whether weather conditions are unsafe for operations. Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related interruptions, delays, or closures. Guests will instead receive a rescheduled booking or account credit toward a future reservation. Rescheduling Policy Guests may request to reschedule based on availability. Management approval is required for all reschedule requests. Management Rights Matt’s Beach Shack reserves the right to refuse service, modify operations due to safety concerns, and make final determinations regarding cancellations, weather delays, and operational conditions.
